Is uPVC windows and doors an alternative to wood and aluminum windows and doors?
uPVC is the best alternative to wood and aluminum. With features like soundproof, dust proof, energy efficient, maintenance free, etc. more and more people are choosing uPVC windows and doors.
How does VENTANA uPVC rate against the others?
There are many players in the market today and with the demand for uPVC on the increase there are players who want to capitalize in a short time frame and are compromising by cutting corners like using cheap blends, poor quality of hardware and accessories and not adhering to quality process. We at VENTANA bring you tested and approved uPVC blends, world class hardware and accessories and quality processes that are implemented right through the manufacturing process.

We at VENTANA work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and help in designing the best solution. The customer can choose from various design types, glass types, colour, hardware, etc.

What is the warranty provided by VENTANA?
VENTANA provides 10 years warranty on its profiles for any manufacturing defects and a 5 year warranty on the Hardware.
At what stage do physical measurements happen?
Once the openings are cleared of debris and the cement plastering and putty work is done, that would be the ideal time to take the physical measurements.
Do you need physical measurements for submitting a proposal?
A proposal can be prepared if the “Schedule of Opening” or Architects drawings are provided. This would be a budgetary proposal. However the final execution will be based only on the physical measurements.
How does the measurement happen?
We send a team to survey the site and check if all the openings are ready. Each and every opening is measured using digital equipments to ensure accurate readings.
At what stage do the VENTANA doors and windows get fixed?
The ideal time to install our product is when the site is cleared of all other vendors like carpenters, masons, plumbers, etc. Just after a coat of paint is done, the windows and doors can be installed. As our process of installation is not time consuming the site is ready for hand over in a short time.
If security grills are fitted how will the window get installed?
If the installation of windows are required on the inside of the grill, then the team will have no problems in fitting the window as they are accessing the opening from the inside of the building. However if the window needs to be fitted external to the grill then the customer needs to provide for scaffolding or other stable arrangement for our team to access the opening from the outside of the building.
How fast can VENTANA deliver?
This depends on the size of the project. We can work very closely with the customer to plan a delivery schedule that is achievable and realistic. In most cases we have been able to meet customer requirements.
Are VENTANA windows fabricated at customer site?
Our uPVC windows and doors are manufactured to size at our factory and then delivered to customer site. As the frames are all welded and assembled at the factory, only the installation process is undertaken at the customer site. The process is not messy and very minimal debris is what you will see.
Do VENTANA windows and doors need maintenance?
Maintenance is very simple for our products; just an appropriate soap solution with water is needed to clean our frames. Glass can be cleaned with a glass cleaning agent that is available in the market
How about after sales service?
We believe that the relationship needs to carry on beyond the sales process. We will provide all our customers after sales service based on the terms fixed while closing the order.
